- Provide technical services for watches and jewelry, including quick services such as chain adjustments, component replacements, polishing, and rhodium services at designated locations.
- Support sales teams with client care cases requiring technical input and complex bracelet adjustments or changes.
- Diagnose products to determine required services and appropriate service locations, covering watches, jewelry, clocks, and accessories.
- Perform watch services including battery replacements, functional checks, rate adjustments, water resistance renewal, component replacement, complete service, and polishing.
- Execute jewelry services such as chain adjustments, link modifications, services on LOVE bracelets, polishing, and rhodium services at specific locations.
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and organization, and apply 5S practices.
- Ensure efficient workflow by adhering to task objectives and service coding, including warranties and quality checks.
- 3-5 years of experience working with luxury watches or products.
- Experience in watchmaking technical operations.
- Encasing certification (WOSTEP) or ability to pass a technician exam.
- Client-focused with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP and Zoom/Teams navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
3-5 years of experience working with luxury watches or products is required.
Expected salary range is $65,000-$95,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
