- Provide technical services for watches and jewelry, including quick services such as chain adjustments, component replacements, polishing, and rhodium services at designated locations.
- Support sales teams with client care cases requiring technical input and assist with complex bracelet adjustments or changes.
- Diagnose products to determine required services and decide the appropriate service location, whether it be the main service facility, boutique, or vendor.
- Perform watch services including battery replacement, functional checks, rate adjustments, water resistance renewal, component replacement, complete servicing, and polishing.
- Execute jewelry services such as chain adjustments, link modifications, services on LOVE bracelets, polishing, and rhodium services at specific locations.
- Maintain workshop tools and equipment, ensuring proper calibration and organization, and apply 5S practices.
- Ensure efficient workflow by adhering to task objectives and service coding, focusing on warranties and quality.
- 3-5 years of experience working with luxury watches or products.
- Experience in watchmaking technical operations.
- Encasing Certification (WOSTEP) or ability to pass a Technician Exam.
- Client-focused with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP and Zoom/TEAMs navigation.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
3-5 years of experience in luxury watch or product handling is required.
Expected salary range is $65,000-$95,000, negotiable based on relevant skills and experience.
