1. Provide technical services for watches and jewelry, including quick services such as chain adjustments, component replacements, polishing, and rhodium plating at designated locations.
2. Support sales teams with client care cases requiring technical expertise and assist with complex bracelet adjustments or changes.
3. Diagnose products to determine required services and appropriate service locations, including the main service facility, boutique, or vendor.
4. Perform watch services, including battery replacements, functional checks, rate adjustments, water resistance renewal, component replacement, complete servicing, and polishing.
5. Conduct jewelry services, including chain adjustments, link additions/removals, services on LOVE bracelets, polishing, and rhodium services at specific locations.
6. Maintain workshop tools and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance, calibration, and bench organization while applying 5S practices.
7. Ensure efficient workflow by adhering to task objectives and service coding for warranties and quality.

1. 3-5 years of experience working with luxury watches or products.

1. Experience in watchmaking technical operations.
2. Encasing certification (WOSTEP) or ability to pass a technician exam to validate technical skills.
3. Client-focused with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in computer skills, including SAP and Zoom/TEAMs navigation.
5. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

3-5 years of experience in luxury watch or product handling is required.

Expected salary range is $65,000-$95,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
