Richemont Back Office Executive

- Process and validate sales orders, returns and intercompany transfers accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform inventory reconciliations, stock adjustments and root-cause investigations to maintain ledger and physical stock alignment.
- Prepare and submit invoices, credit notes and supporting documentation to finance and retail teams.
- Serve as primary liaison between stores, logistics and central teams to expedite fulfilment and resolve operational queries.
- Maintain and update databases and internal systems with transactional data, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
- Generate regular operational reports and KPIs for management; highlight exceptions and propose corrective actions.
- Support ad hoc projects and process-improvement initiatives during the temporary assignment period.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or equivalent vocational qualification.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in back-office, retail operations or inventory management; experience in luxury retail preferred.
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Clear, professional communication skills for stakeholder liaison across stores and central functions.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in back-office operations, order management or inventory control, ideally gained within retail or wholesale environments; prior exposure to luxury goods operations is advantageous.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics or equivalent.
