- Set strategic vision and execution plan for HR Operations, Technology, Analytics, Compliance, and Payroll.
- Drive operational efficiency by optimizing HR processes and enhancing digital services.
- Provide HR analytics to support organizational leaders and impact business outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with HR internal controls, audits, and data privacy regulations.
- Oversee HR technology strategy and system initiatives to enhance employee experience.
- Manage HR shared services to deliver a positive employee experience.
- Guarantee accurate and compliant payroll execution for the region.
- Collaborate with IT and global HRIS teams to support HR systems growth and scalability.
- Develop and implement HR KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decision making.
- Foster a data-driven culture within the organization.
- Proven track record in HR operations and analytics leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of HR technology and systems.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and data privacy regulations.

Expected salary range: $225,000-250,000, based on skills and experience.
