- Manage project budgets and update financial systems.
- Support the implementation of a new budgeting tool, including training and testing phases.
- Follow up on project management tools, including project creation, tracking, and reporting.
- Conduct project quality audits to assess deliverables, methodology, and compliance.
- Assist with resource management for internal and external initiatives.
- Address practical issues to ensure departmental efficiency.
- Enrollment in a Master's program in Business or Management.
- Previous experience in project management, budgeting, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; French is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and curiosity.
- Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
