1. Oversee wholesale finance operations, ensuring timely updates of collections and accurate posting of billing documents in SAP.
2. Prepare and dispatch reminder letters for overdue accounts receivable balances and monthly statements to wholesale customers.
3. Compile monthly accounts receivable aging reports for management and brand review, including credit limit assessments for wholesale clients.
4. Manage reconciliation of sub-ledger balances to general ledger balances and maintain records of Dealer Distribution Agreements.
5. Serve as a finance specialist for Master Data Governance, overseeing customer master data in compliance with Richemont policies.
6. Lead and supervise retail finance operations, including e-commerce, ensuring accurate financial reporting and customer refunds.
7. Develop and maintain a control framework to monitor retail and e-commerce finance operations, ensuring KPI/SLA achievement.
8. Conduct boutique operational reviews and compliance training, collaborating with brands and compliance teams to enhance retail controls.
9. Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements and address control process issues in coordination with the compliance team.
10. Foster team development, ensuring a structure that supports retail and e-commerce finance operations while maintaining customer-centric focus.

1. University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA).
2. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in financial or internal auditing.
3. Strong understanding of international and local accounting and auditing standards, as well as corporate governance.

1. Proficiency in SAP FI.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
3. Strong management skills to attract, retain, and develop a team.
4. Business acumen and attention to operational issues.
5. High learning capability with a proactive, innovative, and organized mindset.

A minimum of 5 years in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in financial or internal auditing, preferably within the retail industry.

University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA).
