Richemont Assistant Accounting Manager

- Oversee wholesale finance operations, ensuring timely updates of collections and accurate posting of billing documents in SAP.
- Prepare and dispatch reminder letters for overdue accounts receivable balances and monthly statements to wholesale customers.
- Compile monthly accounts receivable aging reports for management and brand review, including credit limit assessments for wholesale clients.
- Manage reconciliation of sub-ledger balances to general ledger balances and maintain records of Dealer Distribution Agreements.
- Serve as a finance specialist for Master Data Governance, overseeing customer master data in compliance with Richemont policies.
- Lead and supervise retail finance operations, including e-commerce, ensuring accurate financial reporting and customer refunds.
- Develop and maintain a control framework to monitor retail and e-commerce finance operations, ensuring KPI/SLA achievement.
- Conduct boutique operational reviews and compliance training, collaborating with brands and compliance teams to enhance retail controls.
- Ensure compliance with Anti-Money Laundering requirements and address control process issues in coordination with the compliance team.
- Foster team development, ensuring a structure that supports retail and e-commerce finance operations while maintaining customer-centric focus.
- University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in financial or internal auditing.
- Strong understanding of international and local accounting and auditing standards, as well as corporate governance.
- Proficiency in SAP FI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
- Strong management skills to attract, retain, and develop a team.
- Business acumen and attention to operational issues.
- High learning capability with a proactive, innovative, and organized mindset.
A minimum of 5 years in finance or accounting, with at least 2-3 years in financial or internal auditing, preferably within the retail industry.
University degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (ACCA).
