Richemont Assistant Accounting Manager

- Prepare and review monthly management and financial reports in compliance with group finance operating guidelines.
- Prepare, review, and submit various statutory returns to the Revenue Department in a timely manner, including PP30, PP36, PND3, PND50/51, PND53, and PND54.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication with external auditors and authorized officers.
- Provide support and initiatives to improve accounting processes, procedures, and internal controls.
- Develop and lead change management plans to support organizational transformations and strategic initiatives.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging finance training programs tailored to non-finance staff.
- Lead, supervise, and support team members in achieving individual and collective goals aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and implement upcoming projects related to finance activities.
- Represent finance on cross-functional integration teams, ensuring finance requirements are incorporated into projects.
- Assist with UAT testing and monitor finance-related impacts post-launch, troubleshooting issues with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to meet team and project objectives.
- Provide advice on accounting treatments for upcoming projects upon request.
- Ensure assigned projects and initiatives are completed on time with quality results.
- 5-10 years of direct experience in an accounting role with a strong background in accountancy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (CPA and/or CPD).
- Strong SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Analytical, organized, and initiative-driven with leadership and coaching skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Mature, committed, logical, results-oriented, active, and independent.
- Ability to handle a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Understanding of local tax regulations and tax authorities is advantageous.
5-10 years of direct experience in an accounting role with a strong background in accountancy.
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a professional accounting qualification (CPA and/or CPD).
