- Design, orchestrate, and optimize data pipelines to generate high-quality business performance and network data products.
- Integrate data from various sources, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility.
- Develop and deploy efficient and scalable data models tailored to different business requirements and constraints.
- Implement robust data validation and cleansing processes to consistently provide data accuracy and consistency.
- Develop state-of-the-art data products from design to production and maintenance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Evaluate and improve the performance of machine learning models and analytics solutions.
- Support coordination efforts for the roll-out of new analytics and data science initiatives across regions and Maisons.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics and data science solutions into business processes.
- Foster knowledge sharing among regions, Maisons, and other group functions by documenting data workflows, models, and best practices.
- Master's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent quantitative field.
- At least 4 years of experience in engineering and data science, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
- Solid experience in implementing and scaling complex projects leveraging cloud-based environments, such as Google Cloud Platform.
- Extensive knowledge of SQL, Python, and key data processing libraries.
- Familiarity with data transformation and analytics tools such as dbt and Looker.
- Solid theoretical background in statistics and machine learning.
