Richemont Administrative Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Brand Director, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting preparations.
- Manage internal procedures such as finance requests, expense tracking, and payment progress monitoring.
- Process and monitor invoices, expenses, and other financial documentation.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating local team activities and events.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate visits and liaise with headquarters, partners, and local agencies.
- Engage with vendors, service providers, and clients for specific orders and services.
- Support transversal projects and perform general office duties to ensure smooth operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and writing abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills such as Italian or Arabic are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in a fast-paced office environment, ideally in a similar role, is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
