- Manage schedules and agendas for Executive Committee members
- Organize trips, meetings, and conference calls
- Prepare files and gather necessary information on request
- Maintain files and assist in shipping gifts during special events for President’s guests
- Liaise with local and international teams, Richemont teams, and external contacts for announcements and information flow
- Support International Executive Committee members visiting Dubai
- Support President's special guests
- Provide support for organizing events such as team building, regional events, and office organization
- Perform general administration and coordination as requested by the Executive Assistant
