Richemont Administrative and Network Coordinator

- Manage the portfolio of approved external workshops, serving as the primary contact for partners and initiating evaluation processes.
- Conduct visits and evaluations of workshops, ensuring administrative follow-up post-bench tests.
- Oversee the creation and management of partner records, including SharePoint updates and activity report transmissions.
- Evaluate and certify external subcontractors, managing equipment orders and maintaining communication.
- Coordinate vendor management processes, including SAP vendor creation and purchase order management.
- Provide support and versatility within administrative teams, mastering various back-office roles and managing internal administrative flows.
- Act as a key user for SAP, handling ticket openings and participating in test sessions.
- Manage recycling flow responsibilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration or customer service management, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proven supervisory experience with the ability to guide and direct teams.
- Strong organizational and rigorous work ethic.
- Excellent team collaboration and communication skills.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office and Excel analysis; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in French and English; knowledge of German is desirable.
A minimum of 5 years in administration or customer service management, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
