Richemont Administration Support Intern

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for key administrative processes, including registration, cost-estimate, and final control procedures.
- Design and implement standardized templates for policies related to the STREAM flow, and develop associated workflows.
- Conduct training sessions for administrative staff on new templates, workflows, and systems, and support the transition of existing documentation to new systems.
- Assist in coordinating, organizing, documenting, and tracking project roadmaps and action plans for administrative and technical projects.
- Research and evaluate software options to enhance administrative efficiency, including QR code generation and documentation management, and prepare reports with findings and recommendations.
- Enrollment in a Business Administration, Operations Management, or Industrial Engineering degree program at an accredited university or college.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in document formatting, QR code generation software, and documentation management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative thinking with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

No prior professional experience required, but relevant coursework and projects in business administration or operations management are preferred.
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
$20.00 per hour
