Richemont Accounts Receivable Accountant

- Oversee monthly and yearly financial closing for accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting principles for accurate financial statements.
- Manage retail finance back office operations, including daily closing and boutique sales recognition.
- Conduct monthly closing and settlement for retail boutiques, calculate commissions, and reconcile data between SAP and EDI systems.
- Reconcile bank account cash-ins and journalize accounts receivable collections using Matchbox.
- Perform internal control activities for aged and outstanding customer deposits, adhering to anti-money laundering regulations.
- Execute boutique sales cut-off tests and issue tax invoices as necessary.
- Manage boutique stock, including adjustments and resolution of blocked IDOCs.
- Review monthly stock discrepancies for boutiques using SOVIA.
- Conduct regular boutique training sessions and perform on-site audits.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields, with a preference for accounts receivable experience.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical proficiency.
- High energy and eagerness to learn, with a dynamic personality.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in English communication is advantageous.
