1. Oversee monthly and yearly financial closing for accounts receivable, ensuring compliance with accounting principles for accurate financial statements.
2. Manage retail finance back office operations, including daily closing and boutique sales recognition.
3. Conduct monthly closing and settlement for retail boutiques, calculate commissions, and reconcile data between SAP and EDI systems.
4. Reconcile bank account cash-ins and journalize accounts receivable collections using Matchbox.
5. Perform internal control activities for aged and outstanding customer deposits, adhering to anti-money laundering regulations.
6. Execute boutique sales cut-off tests and issue tax invoices as necessary.
7. Manage boutique stock, including adjustments and resolution of blocked IDOCs.
8. Review monthly stock discrepancies for boutiques using SOVIA.
9. Conduct regular boutique training sessions and perform on-site audits.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields, with a preference for accounts receivable experience.
2. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and numerical proficiency.
3. High energy and eagerness to learn, with a dynamic personality.
4. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong collaboration skills.
5. Proficiency in English communication is advantageous.
