1. Process purchase invoices, ensuring reconciliation with purchase orders, coding, and entry into SAP.
2. Facilitate the approval process for invoices across various departments.
3. Execute payment of approved invoices and manage advances to suppliers.
4. Verify, code, and process expense reports for payment.
5. Conduct supplier follow-ups via phone, email, and mail.
6. Participate in month-end closing activities, including recording and monitoring cut-offs.
7. Analyze aged supplier balances and accruals.
8. Engage in various group projects.

1. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably within an international group using SAP.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Fluent in English for communication with international suppliers.
3. Strong knowledge of SAP FI-CO, AA, and MM modules.
4. Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Strong business partnering capabilities.
6. High work ethic and organizational skills.
7. Attention to detail and discretion.

A minimum of 3-5 years in a similar accounting role within an international environment, utilizing SAP.

BTS, DCG, or equivalent qualification.
