1. Assist in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS standards.
2. Daily posting of incoming invoices, both with and without purchase order reference, in SAP R/3 FI.
3. Ensure proper processing of electronic bank statements.
4. Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and resolve outstanding issues with creditors.
5. Process expense and travel reimbursements using SAP Concur Travel & Expense and update internal travel policies.
6. Provide ad-hoc support on general ledger and accounts receivable matters.
7. Support the monitoring of controls within the group-wide internal control system.
8. Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes and systems.
9. Collaborate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders.

1. Completed commercial training with a focus on accounts payable, certified accountant, or equivalent education with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in SAP R/3 FI and MS Office applications.
2. Experience with business travel systems such as SAP Concur Travel & Expense is advantageous.
3. Aptitude for technical process development and digitalization.
4. Independent, reliable, and deadline-oriented work ethic.
5. Strong analytical and communication skills.
6. Service-oriented mindset and teamwork capabilities.
7. Understanding of complex relationships and excellent process comprehension.
8. Fluency in German and strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Minimum of 2 years in a comparable position within the finance sector.

Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
