1. Serve as the primary contact for brands and Richemont functions regarding the Procure to Payment cycle, including trade, non-trade, and personal payables.
2. Provide solutions for the assigned Accounts Payable module, including administration and user updates for the Concur system in personal payables.
3. Ensure month-end closing under IFRS and local GAAP for assigned accounts, maintaining accurate financial statements.
4. Validate compliance of Accounts Payable vouchers and train buyers to adhere to group policies and internal regulations.
5. Manage and validate the vendor creation process and payment proposals.
6. Support VAT reporting for purchase tax invoices and reconcile VAT account books with tax invoices.
7. Assist with group financial reporting and support internal and external accounting audits.

1. University degree or equivalent education in accounting or business.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related fields.
3. Experience in the retail industry is preferred.

1. Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
2. Project management skills with strong follow-up capabilities.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Proficient in English.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related areas, preferably within the retail industry.

University degree in accounting or business, or equivalent education.
