Richemont Accounts Payable Accountant

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS.
- Daily posting of incoming invoices, both with and without purchase order reference, in SAP R/3 FI.
- Ensure proper processing of electronic bank statements.
- Reconcile subsidiary ledgers and resolve outstanding creditor items.
- Process expense and travel expense reports in 'SAP Concur Travel & Expense' and update internal travel expense policies.
- Provide ad-hoc support on general ledger and accounts receivable topics.
- Support the monitoring of controls within the group-wide internal control system (IKS).
- Contribute to the development and optimization of internal processes and systems.
- Collaborate and coordinate with various internal stakeholders.
- Completed commercial training with a focus on accounts payable or as a certified accountant, or equivalent qualification with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in SAP R/3 FI and MS Office.
- Experience with business travel systems such as 'SAP Concur Travel & Expense' is advantageous.
- Affinity for technical process development and digitalization.
- Independent, reliable, and deadline-oriented work style.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Service-oriented and team player.
- Understanding of complex relationships and excellent process comprehension.
- Fluent in German and very good command of English, both spoken and written.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a comparable position within accounts payable or accounting.
Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
