- Manage vendor invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with buyers for vendor registration in SAP.
- Ensure reference numbers and proof of delivery are imprinted on invoices.
- Review and prevent duplicate vendor payments.
- Reconcile vendor statements of accounts.
- Verify vendor master data accuracy and validate MDG Supplier requests.
- Validate Concur expense claims for compliance and documentation.
- Ensure timely capitalisation and closing of fixed assets.
- Post fixed asset disposal forms and manage asset information.
- Prepare monthly reports on open purchase orders without invoice receipts.
- Allocate expenses from prepayment/accrual to cost centres.
- Provide user support for Maison/RRF on PO/MDG Supplier/CONCUR issues.
- Conduct training sessions on CONCUR/PO/Vendor workflow.
- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC or large accounting firm.
- Strong accounting knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to automate templates.
- Familiarity with accounting software/ERP systems such as SAP.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a matrix organization.

2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or large accounting firm. Fresh graduates with a degree may be considered.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
