1. Manage inventory operations, including coordination and monitoring of physical inventory, stock adjustments, and provisions.
2. Support external audits and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
3. Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
4. Lead projects related to digital transformation, process simplification, and productivity improvements.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchase to pay, Treasury, and IT.

1. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a business environment or equivalent.

1. Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English communication and writing.
3. Strong team-player with excellent relationship-building skills.
4. Knowledge of J-GAAP, tax, and IFRS preferred.
5. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; SAP experience is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years in accounting, preferably within a business company or equivalent setting.
