Richemont Accounting Manager

- Manage inventory operations, including coordination and monitoring of physical inventory, stock adjustments, and provisions.
- Support external audits and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead projects related to digital transformation, process simplification, and productivity improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchase to pay, Treasury, and IT.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a business environment or equivalent.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Intermediate proficiency in English communication and writing.
- Strong team-player with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of J-GAAP, tax, and IFRS preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial systems; SAP experience is a plus.
A minimum of 3 years in accounting, preferably within a business company or equivalent setting.
