Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor physical inventory
- Manage inventory transactions including stock adjustments and provisions
- Perform month/year-end closing adjustments
- Support external audits
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
- Implement paperless and accounting digital transformation projects
- Simplify processes and enhance productivity
- Integrate and upgrade systems
- Develop and implement new business processes and schemes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a business company or equivalent
Skills
- Attention to detail
- Proactive and solution-oriented
- Intermediate English communication and writing skills
- Team-player and good relationship builder
- Knowledge of J-GAAP, tax, and IFRS
- Excel and financial system skills
- SAP experience is a plus
Experience Requirements
3+ years of accounting experience in a business company or equivalent is preferred.
