1. Drive the team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
2. Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through product performance analysis.
3. Foster cross-selling and up-selling across product categories.
4. Ensure efficient sales floor management and uphold Prada standards.
5. Demonstrate sales leadership and build client relations.
6. Encourage a digital mindset within the team.
7. Stay informed on market trends.
8. Ensure clients experience an inspiring and engaging journey.
9. Cultivate customer relationships to create brand advocates.
10. Identify opportunities to gain new clients and strengthen client loyalty.
11. Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
12. Act as a role model and support team development through coaching.
13. Identify talents for internal development opportunities.
14. Support synergy between front and back of house operations.
15. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
16. Provide feedback on department needs to the Store Manager.
17. Ensure effective back of house organization and staff grooming standards.
18. Master company tools and applications and train the team accordingly.
