1. Drive and maximize sales performance.
2. Develop and propose strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed KPIs.
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure a premium client experience on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Promote a culture of private appointments.
11. Foster an entrepreneurial team spirit and ensure professional growth.
12. Keep the team informed on product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
15. Ensure visual displays attract clients and maximize sales.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
17. Ensure cooperation between front and back of house.
18. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus
