Prada Store Manager

1. Represent the company in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
2. Ensure presence on the sales floor to provide exemplary client service and foster Omni Channel development.
3. Drive and maximize sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store expenses.
4. Cultivate a client-centric mindset, maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring high client satisfaction.
5. Promote entrepreneurial spirit and team cohesion through effective communication and organization.
6. Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.

1. Several years of experience in a management role within the luxury retail environment.
2. Over 2 years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
3. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.

1. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the luxury retail market.
2. Customer service focus with organizational and detail-oriented skills.
3. Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop a store team.
4. Fluency in German and English.

Several years of management experience in luxury retail, with over 2 years in team leadership and coaching.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
