1. Drive and maximize sales performance to achieve store targets.
2. Develop and implement strategic business plans.
3. Lead the store team to exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
4. Represent the brand in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
5. Ensure exceptional client service by being present on the sales floor.
6. Promote Omni Channel development through team initiatives.
7. Manage store expenses to meet the operating budget.
8. Cultivate a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
9. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
10. Foster a culture of private appointments.
11. Promote an entrepreneurial spirit and effective communication within the team.
12. Ensure the team is well-informed on product knowledge, market trends, and company policies.
13. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
14. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising and Operations teams.
15. Ensure visual merchandising displays attract clients and maximize sales.
16. Participate in buying sessions and provide product feedback.
17. Ensure synergy between front and back of house operations.
18. Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
19. Collaborate with the Retail Events Office to organize local events and propose new opportunities.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
