Prada Store Manager

1. Own overall store performance and act as the local Brand Ambassador to increase footfall and cultivate new and loyal clientele.
2. Lead by example on the sales floor to deliver exceptional client experiences and ensure the highest standards of service.
3. Develop and execute business plans to meet sales targets and manage the store-operating budget while controlling expenses.
4. Drive Omni Channel development and ensure seamless cooperation between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
5. Establish and maintain deep client relationships, guaranteeing superior client satisfaction and personalised service.
6. Foster an entrepreneurial, team-oriented culture through clear communication, efficient organisation and professional development.
7. Mentor, train and coach the store team, establish succession plans and promote internal growth to exceed KPIs.

1. Several years of management experience within a luxury retail environment.
2. At least 2 years' experience leading and coaching a store team.
3. Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the luxury retail market.
4. Fluent spoken German and English.
5. Business or Retail Management degree (or equivalent) preferred.

Several years of progressive management experience in luxury retail, with a minimum of two years in a people-leadership role responsible for coaching and developing a sales team and delivering sales targets.

Degree in Business or Retail Management or equivalent preferred.
