Prada Store Manager

- Represent the company in the local market, identifying opportunities to increase customer footfall and build brand loyalty.
- Ensure presence on the sales floor, fostering an Omni Channel approach and synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Drive and maximize sales performance, develop business plans, and manage store-operating budgets, including expense control.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, maintaining solid client relationships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
- Promote an entrepreneurial and team spirit through effective communication and organizational efficiency.
- Mentor, train, and coach the store team to exceed KPIs and drive business growth.
- Several years of experience in a management role within a luxury retail environment.
- Over two years of experience in leading and coaching a store team.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and the luxury retail market.
- Customer service focus with strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
- Ability to motivate, coach, train, and develop the store team.
- Fluency in German and English.
Several years of management experience in luxury retail, with over two years in a leadership role.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
