Prada Stock Manager

1. Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
2. Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
3. Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
4. Coordinate E-Commerce order flow to maintain required service levels.
5. Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
6. Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
7. Ensure proper uniform and gift flow management.
8. Guarantee product protection and packaging for store and transfer operations, including E-Commerce shipments.
9. Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
10. Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
11. Record product movements accurately in the IT system and manage related documentation.
12. Execute physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations, adhering to company schedules.
13. Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
14. Provide operational coverage based on Store Manager needs.
15. Optimize and rationalize available space in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
16. Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
17. Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
18. Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and manage the warehouse according to security guidelines.
19. Communicate with Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.
20. Implement KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
21. Plan and manage department operations, employee management, and training.
22. Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews with Store Manager alignment.
23. Coordinate and plan resource activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities accurately.
24. Provide necessary information for task performance.
25. Manage induction training for new resources using appropriate methods.
26. Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards.
27. Strengthen staff attitudes, prioritizing personal skills.
28. Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
