- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, optimizing efficiency for sales floor preparation.
- Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Coordinate E-Commerce order flow to maintain required service levels.
- Handle the flow of damaged, non-sellable, and repair products.
- Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and display objects both physically and within IT systems.
- Ensure proper uniform and gift flow management.
- Guarantee product protection and packaging for store and transfer operations, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Adopt company guidelines in theft situations, ensuring proper communication and documentation.
- Investigate system discrepancies promptly.
- Record product movements accurately in the IT system and manage related documentation.
- Execute physical and cycle inventories of finished products and accessory locations, adhering to company schedules.
- Maintain warehouse security and cleanliness.
- Provide operational coverage based on Store Manager needs.
- Optimize and rationalize available space in collaboration with Store and Operations Managers.
- Support Sales Associates and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
- Ensure confidentiality of alarm codes and manage the warehouse according to security guidelines.
- Communicate with Store Operations Manager regarding exceptions and escalations.
- Implement KPI updates, guidelines, and procedures from Store Operations Manager, Store Manager, or Headquarters.
- Plan and manage department operations, employee management, and training.
- Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews with Store Manager alignment.
- Coordinate and plan resource activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities accurately.
- Provide necessary information for task performance.
- Manage induction training for new resources using appropriate methods.
- Ensure staff behavior aligns with Group standards.
- Strengthen staff attitudes, prioritizing personal skills.
- Ensure proper care of warehouse personnel.
- Proven experience in stock management or a related field within the luxury retail sector.
