Prada Stock Manager

- Ensure the care and protection of products in accordance with company guidelines.
- Oversee daily management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring timely preparation for the sales floor.
- Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and timelines.
- Oversee the flow of E-Commerce orders, maintaining required service levels.
- Manage the flow of damaged and non-sellable products, including those on hold or consignment.
- Organize and manage packaging, stationery, and system display objects both physically and digitally.
- Ensure the correct flow of uniforms and gifts.
- Guarantee proper protection and packaging of products for in-store and transfer purposes, including E-Commerce shipments.
- Investigate system negatives promptly and ensure proper documentation and communication in the event of theft.
- Organize and execute physical and cycle inventories, respecting company timelines.
- Maintain security and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Support sales associates and collaborate with the visual merchandising team as needed.
- Maintain relationships with providers and update archives monthly.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of alarm codes and warehouse management.
- Implement KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures as directed by store operations management.
- Plan and manage department activities, including employee management and training.
- Evaluate staff performance and conduct evaluation interviews in alignment with the Store Manager.
- Coordinate and plan resource activities, distributing tasks and responsibilities accurately.
- Provide necessary information for task performance and manage induction training for new resources.
- Ensure staff behavior aligns with group standards and prioritize personal skills development.
- Experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
- Solid knowledge of luxury products and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
