- Lead, train, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Ensure an exceptional client experience by adhering to Client Journey principles.
- Conduct regular performance discussions and create actionable plans with the Store Manager.
- Identify and recruit new talent in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Optimize sales floor management and maintain a visible presence for the team.
- Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Monitor category performance and collaborate with merchandising teams.
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to maximize category potential.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Business or Retail Management degree is a plus.
- Interest in luxury fashion, art, and design.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and clienteling skills.
- Organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to influence and inspire peers.
- Market and product knowledge.
Proven experience in a retail management role within the luxury sector is required.
Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
