- Lead, nurture, and develop the team to achieve their fullest potential, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Drive the team to exceed KPI targets, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager/Director for regular performance discussions and actionable plans.
- Provide consistent feedback and coaching to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Train the team on client journey, clienteling, storytelling, and product knowledge to meet business goals.
- Participate in talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Create a positive work environment, ensuring cooperation within the team and store leadership.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient sales floor management and presence.
- Inspire the team to deliver superior client experiences, adhering to Client Journey principles.
- Enhance store performance through CRM and clienteling initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to engage new clients and expand the store's client base.
- Ensure exemplary product care and strict compliance with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Collaborate with Retail Merchandising and Visual Merchandising teams to drive business growth.
- Ensure stockroom organization maximizes efficiency and selling opportunities.
- Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
- Fluent spoken English is expected.

Proven experience in team management and sales within the luxury retail sector is required.
