- Publish job advertisements on various platforms and screen CVs.
- Organize and conduct phone and video interviews, and prepare candidate evaluation reports.
- Conduct active sourcing of candidates through LinkedIn and internal/external databases.
- Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate pipeline and recruitment process monitoring.
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, and career services for employer branding and talent attraction.
- Create and nurture a talent pool of promising candidates for future opportunities.
- Support recruitment reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and process effectiveness.
- Master's Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related humanities fields.
- Genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues.
Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is considered a plus.
Master's Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related humanities fields.
