1. Publish job advertisements on various platforms and manage the screening of CVs.
2. Organize and conduct phone and video interviews, preparing candidate evaluation reports.
3. Conduct active candidate sourcing through LinkedIn and internal/external databases.
4. Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to monitor the candidate pipeline and recruitment process.
5. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions for employer branding and talent attraction.
6. Create and nurture a talent pool of promising candidates for future opportunities.
7. Support recruitment reporting and analytics to monitor key metrics and process effectiveness.

1. Master’s Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
5. Proactive and detail-oriented approach.

A genuine interest in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition. Previous experience in HR or Recruiting is advantageous.

Master’s Degree in Work Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or from humanities faculties.
