1. Manage and support the recruitment process for interns across various business functions, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and the offer process.
2. Ensure an excellent candidate experience by acting as a point of contact throughout the selection process.
3. Contribute to the onboarding of new interns, ensuring all administrative steps are completed and supporting integration activities.
4. Support employer branding initiatives with universities, job boards, and career services to enhance visibility among young talents.
5. Participate in HR projects and events aimed at enhancing the employee and intern experience.

1. Master’s Degree in Economics or a related field (completed or ongoing)
2. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)

1. Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and the HR field
2. Proactive and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with candidates and colleagues
4. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
5. Previous internship or extracurricular experience in HR, recruiting, or university career services is a plus
