1. Oversee the complete recruitment process, including job briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend business needs and devise effective talent acquisition strategies.
3. Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for key positions, ensuring a proactive hiring approach.
4. Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.
5. Enhance and drive Employer Branding initiatives to position the Prada Group as an employer of choice through targeted marketing, events, and external partnerships.
6. Continuously review and optimize the hiring process to improve efficiency, quality of hires, and candidate experience.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience by establishing best practices and consistent standards throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
8. Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, agencies, and platforms to ensure effective talent sourcing and cost efficiency.
9. Engage regularly with internal stakeholders to address hiring needs and workforce planning, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities.
10. Support the cultural journey and growth of the Prada Group in alignment with its values and strategic goals.

1. Bachelor’s degree
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
3. Deep understanding of the luxury retail business

5. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese

A minimum of 5 years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor’s degree required.
