1. Drive and maximize sales performance and exceed KPIs.
2. Develop and implement strategic business plans.
3. Represent the brand locally to increase customer footfall and loyalty.
4. Ensure exceptional client service and satisfaction on the sales floor.
5. Promote Omni Channel development within the team.
6. Manage store budget and control expenses.
7. Foster a client-centric mindset and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Implement clienteling initiatives and events to enhance client loyalty.
9. Cultivate an entrepreneurial and team-oriented environment.
10. Ensure team preparedness with product knowledge and market insights.
11. Attract and recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
12. Develop sales strategies in collaboration with merchandising and operations teams.
13. Ensure compliance with company procedures regarding cash, inventory, and logistics.
14. Organize and participate in local events with stakeholders and influencers.

1. Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
2. Fluency in French and English.

Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, demonstrating a track record of driving sales and leading successful teams.

Business/Retail Management degree or equivalent is a plus.
