1. Lead the team to achieve and surpass sales targets and KPIs.
2. Act as a Brand Ambassador to cultivate and expand a robust client network.
3. Exhibit strong leadership through team development, coaching, recruitment, and fostering a cohesive team culture.
4. Ensure exemplary standards in store operations, including stock control, visual merchandising, back of house management, loss prevention, and delivery management.
5. Collaborate with Office teams to provide optimal support to the boutique.

1. Minimum of 10 years’ experience in luxury retail store management.
2. Proven ability to drive team performance through empathy and positive culture.

At least 10 years of experience in luxury retail store management is required.
