Prada Group Store Manager

- Drive the store team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Develop action plans based on performance analysis.
- Ensure the team exceeds KPI targets, including cross-selling and up-selling.
- Represent the brand in the local market to increase foot traffic and build client relationships.
- Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor to ensure high standards of client service.
- Promote Omni Channel awareness and the use of digital tools among the team.
- Support e-commerce development with timely order responses and high service standards.
- Monitor store expenses to meet operating budgets.
- Provide product feedback and participate in buying sessions as needed.
- Lead by example to create a client-centric environment and ensure excellent client satisfaction.
- Manage local VIP clients and propose tailored actions to enhance loyalty.
- Implement clienteling initiatives and events to secure client loyalty.
- Identify opportunities to attract new clients and grow sales.
- Foster a culture of private appointments.
- Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Motivate staff and cultivate a positive team spirit.
- Facilitate information exchange and conduct morning briefings.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is informed of updates.
- Train and inspire the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify and propose internal development opportunities for team members.
- Recruit top talent through networking and scouting.
- Ensure cooperation between front and back of house for efficient operations.
- Ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales, seeking visual merchandising support as needed.
- Enforce company procedures on cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting.
- Provide feedback to Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising departments.
- Organize and ensure excellence in store events.
- Propose local event opportunities with stakeholders and influencers.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
- Genuine enthusiasm for fashion, art, and the luxury market.
- Strong understanding of luxury market and product specifics.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- Flexibility to meet operational needs.
Experience in a luxury retail environment is highly desirable.
