1. Lead the delivery lifecycle for SAP initiatives across Finance, Sales & Distribution, and Materials Management domains.
2. Coordinate end-to-end execution from planning to cutover, ensuring adherence to timeline, quality, and budget.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP delivery, engaging with business stakeholders, IT, system integrators, and external vendors.
4. Ensure delivery aligns with enterprise architecture standards and strategic transformation priorities.
5. Manage SAP consultants, external partners, and offshore resources, ensuring effective collaboration and accountability.
6. Oversee solution design, fit-gap analysis, functional specifications, testing strategy, and go-live planning.
7. Ensure timely identification and resolution of delivery issues and risks.
8. Work closely with Business Process Owners, PMOs, and other domain leads to align delivery with operational needs.
9. Translate delivery progress into clear updates for senior stakeholders.
10. Support change management and business readiness activities.
11. Ensure strong documentation, traceability, and compliance with internal controls.
12. Drive continuous improvement of SAP delivery frameworks, tools, and templates.
13. Support hypercare and stabilization post go-live, ensuring user adoption and solution effectiveness.

1. Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
2. 8+ years of experience delivering SAP programs or rollouts, preferably in global Retail or Fashion environments.

1. Proven experience in key SAP modules including Finance, Controlling, Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Master Data.
2. Strong background in S/4HANA implementations, including integrations with legacy and third-party systems.
3. Deep understanding of SAP delivery lifecycle, including blueprint, build, test, deployment, and hypercare.
4. Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor-delivered projects.
5. Hands-on capability in issue resolution and understanding of technical and functional interdependencies.
6. Solid understanding of retail and fashion business processes, including pricing, logistics, master data governance, finance operations, and store workflows.
7. Experience supporting multi-country rollouts and localization requirements.
8. Strong communication and coordination skills in global and matrixed environments.
9. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

8+ years of experience delivering SAP programs or rollouts, preferably in global Retail or Fashion environments.

Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.
