Prada Group Sales Associate

- Manage sales and optimize each step of the sales process.
- Understand and anticipate customer needs, both expressed and implied.
- Present and enhance the value of the product range.
- Promote cross-selling and additional sales opportunities.
- Ensure proper management, including cleaning, care, and replacement, of products in the department.
- Passion for human relations and sales
- Problem-solving abilities
- Curiosity and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
- Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
- Fluency in spoken English
Experience in sales and client relationship management within the luxury fashion sector is preferred.
