Prada Group Retail Transformation Business Process Owner

- Participate in the Retail and Finance Transformation project, contributing innovative ideas and insights.
- Conduct detailed analysis of retail processes, including store back office and headquarters finance and distribution.
- Collaborate in designing 'To-Be' processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Translate business needs into functional requirements for system implementation.
- Ensure the correct implementation of defined functional requirements.
- Support Key Users in the Retail area during User Acceptance Testing and actively participate in these activities.
- Act as Business Project Owner for the Retail area, coordinating Key User involvement during project phases and ensuring effective system transition (roll-out).
- Serve as a point of reference within the WW Store Operations team and liaise with IT and external consulting firms.
- Proactively address potential risks and conflicts impacting project success.
- Collaborate in defining the change management program, acting as a sponsor and guarantor of the solution from an operational and business process perspective.
- Manage, support, and supervise global training sessions for the retail area.
- Provide assistance to all stakeholders during the go-live and post-go-live phases.
- Master's degree, preferably in scientific, economic, or linguistic disciplines.
- Proven project experience, preferably on an international level.
- Goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in an agile, dynamic environment.
- Excellent knowledge of retail processes, both store and HQ, and distribution/supply chain processes, with a strong awareness of financial impacts.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at various hierarchical levels.
- Problem-solving, solutioning, and time management capabilities.
- Experience in managing and coordinating internal and external resources.
- Ability to work in multicultural teams.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel.
Proven project experience, preferably on an international level.
