Prada Group Product Compliance Specialist

- Conduct regular research and analysis on international regulations to identify new compliance constraints for product import and commercialization.
- Ensure compliance of raw materials and finished products with international regulations and Prada Group's Product Restricted Substances List (PRSL), managing external analysis laboratories effectively.
- Utilize PLM systems to manage testing and compliance control plans, performing supervisory checks to ensure adherence to analysis protocols and monitoring supply chain compliance.
- Maintain oversight of analysis laboratories, evaluate reports, and manage samples for testing.
- Support internal teams in understanding and applying compliance protocols, assisting with technical or methodological queries, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Collaborate with departments such as Leather Goods, Footwear, RTW, and Home, and liaise with other companies within the Group to synchronize activities and standardize documentation.
- Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Natural Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Product Compliance, preferably within the Fashion & Luxury Industry.
- Good understanding of product development processes.
- Strong ability to manage complex regulatory frameworks in a fast-paced production environment.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage relationships with various stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen attention to detail with the capability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
2-3 years of experience in Product Compliance, preferably in the Fashion & Luxury Industry.
Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Natural Science, or similar.
