1. Create a welcoming environment for customers, striving to meet their needs and provide exceptional service in line with the 'client journey ceremony'.
2. Exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
3. Achieve KPI goals by ensuring high-quality sales and customer service.
4. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of products and the history, culture, and DNA of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to engage with customers and provide advice.
8. Resolve client complaints in collaboration with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain an organized stock room and participate in daily store operations.
12. Adhere to company procedures on operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
13. Foster a positive working environment by embracing diversity and inclusion values and maintaining open communication with colleagues.

1. Passion for building long-lasting relationships with clients and peers

3. Experience in luxury or premium retail environments is advantageous
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluency in spoken English
