4. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of products and the history and culture of Prada and Miu Miu.
5. Capture and maintain customer data in the company CRM to foster personalized relationships and future opportunities.
6. Embrace and promote an Omni Channel mindset.
7. Stay informed on fashion trends and competitors to provide informed advice to customers.
8. Resolve client complaints in coordination with the line manager and Client Service team.
9. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
10. Utilize company digital tools to offer a comprehensive luxury experience.
11. Collaborate with the Back of House team to maintain organized store operations and stock management.
12. Adhere to company procedures regarding operations, security, cash activity, inventory, and logistics.
13. Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and embracing diversity and inclusion values.

Experience in a luxury or premium retail environment is advantageous.
