1. Interface with Finished Product Warehouses and internal Logistics functions to monitor workload phases, ensuring adherence to timelines and quantitative and qualitative standards across all channels (retail/wholesale/outlet/e-commerce).
2. Verify and streamline accompanying documentation and IT systems across all warehouse departments, contributing to continuous flow improvements.
3. Identify and address potential issues in warehouse processes through the creation and monitoring of specific KPIs, focusing on real-time dashboard creation to optimize resource management and reduce order fulfillment times.
4. Support management in special projects.

1. Degree in Management Engineering or related fields
2. 2-3 years of experience in production planning, logistics programming, warehouse flow management, or multichannel supply chain

1. Knowledge of B2B and B2C logistics flows and warehouse processes
2. Proficiency in management tools (SAP, Stealth, BI, advanced Excel, PowerPoint)
3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate across functions
4. Problem-solving, priority management, and continuous improvement orientation
5. Good command of English (B2 level)

2-3 years of experience in production planning, logistics programming, warehouse flow management, or multichannel supply chain.

Degree in Management Engineering or related fields
