Prada Group Leather Ready-to-Wear Product Developer

- Collaborate with the Design and Pattern Making departments to define fabrics, materials, accessories, processes, and customizations for leather apparel.
- Verify the availability of necessary materials for garment development and coordinate with the Purchasing Department for procurement and delivery monitoring.
- Manage bill of materials, model coding, components, and color specifications.
- Coordinate with internal and external workshops to ensure accurate product execution.
- Participate in prototype fittings and industrialization, contributing to process optimization.
- Manage the entry of finished product orders and monitor progress until delivery to the warehouse.
- Bachelor's degree or specialization in Fashion/Apparel.
- Over 5 years of experience in Apparel Product Development within the Fashion & Luxury sector, with a focus on leather garments being advantageous.
- Proven experience in managing VIC/MTO/MTM projects.
- Autonomy in managing the product lifecycle from design and technical information management to bill of materials creation.
- Precision and flexibility.
- Excellent teamwork and goal-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of pattern construction and garment manufacturing techniques.
- Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and management software such as AS400.
- Good command of the English language.
5+ years in apparel product development within the fashion and luxury sector, particularly with leather garments.
Bachelor's degree or specialization in Fashion/Apparel.
