1. Gather and analyze information necessary for budget and forecast preparation.
2. Prepare and analyze division results, comparing margins and costs against budget objectives monthly, identifying discrepancies.
3. Prepare and discuss weekly reports for internal production facilities.
4. Ensure standard costs align with targets and support budget profitability seasonally.
5. Monitor inventories of finished products and raw materials weekly to ensure stock objectives are met and oversee recovery actions.
6. Oversee sample collection costs in accordance with budget parameters.
7. Track the timing of finished product deliveries to warehouses weekly to meet commercial distribution needs.
8. Monitor product defectiveness on a monthly basis.
9. Analyze management income statements.
10. Facilitate information exchange and communication with line functions.
11. Collaborate with department manager in periodic meetings to resolve specific area issues.
12. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and analyses.
13. Evaluate investment proposals and calculate financial KPIs such as ROI and payback period.

1. Degree in economics, statistics, or management engineering.
2. Proficiency in English.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
2. Knowledge of SAP, Stealth, and BO.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet objectives and deadlines.
4. Reliability and autonomy in work approach.

Experience in finance or controlling within a manufacturing or luxury sector is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, or management engineering.
