Prada Group Human Resources Specialist

- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business areas, including IT or Marketing & Communication, from defining needs with managers to coordinating interviews and maintaining relationships with external partners.
- Ensure an effective onboarding experience by coordinating induction activities and overseeing all related administrative tasks.
- Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including hires, changes, and exits, in compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers in assigned business areas, providing guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, such as Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development, to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
- 3–5 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
- Previous experience in supporting business functions such as IT or Marketing & Communication is considered a plus
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build trusted relationships at all organizational levels
- Proactive mindset, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team
- Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
3–5 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment.
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
