1. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and reliability of HR processes.
2. Provide optimal service to teams in collaboration with the HR department.
3. Support operational tasks reliably and effectively.
4. Participate actively in recruitment, integration, and employee follow-up.
5. Offer advisory and support roles to employees.
6. Manage administrative HR tasks including personnel file management, contract drafting, and data reliability.
7. Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees and ensure timely distribution of contracts.
8. Maintain employee relations by managing HR deadlines and providing daily support.
9. Participate in recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, and managing internship recruitment campaigns.
10. Engage in cross-functional HR projects such as training plans, employer branding, and diversity initiatives.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Social Law, or equivalent (Bac+4/5).
2. Experience in retail through internships, apprenticeships, or initial professional experience.
3. Proficient in both written and spoken communication.
4. Operational proficiency in English.

Experience in retail HR through internships, apprenticeships, or initial professional roles is preferred.
