Prada Group HR Specialist

- Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business areas, including defining needs with managers, coordinating interviews, and liaising with external partners.
- Ensure an effective onboarding experience by coordinating induction activities and overseeing related administrative tasks.
- Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
- Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
- 3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment
- Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
- Previous experience in supporting business functions
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus
3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment.
Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
