Prada Group HR Specialist

1. Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned business areas, including defining needs with managers, coordinating interviews, and liaising with external partners.
2. Ensure an effective onboarding experience by coordinating induction activities and overseeing related administrative tasks.
3. Manage HR processes across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with Italian labor laws and internal policies.
4. Act as the main HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on labor law, internal procedures, performance management, and employee relations.
5. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to ensure alignment and efficiency across the organization.
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of HR programs, policies, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.

1. Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
2. 3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment
3. Strong knowledge of Italian labor law and HR processes
4. Previous experience in supporting business functions

5. Fluency in Italian and English
6. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus

3-4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist/Specialist role within a structured and international environment.

Degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or related field
