1. Support the updating and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Collaborate with the HR Service Center to manage organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities.
3. Monitor data accuracy and contribute to enhancing data quality across various HR tools.
4. Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams.
5. Coordinate and track system requests or changes with IT and HR functions.
6. Contribute to projects related to HR digitalization and continuous improvement.

1. Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
2. Digital-first, data-driven mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
3. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Fluency in both Italian and English.

No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or those pursuing a degree.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
